It’s important to us that you’re happy with the product(s) you receive, and that we make it as easy as possible for you to import from New Zealand.
We have a three-step process when ordering products to minimise the possibility of returns.
Goods cannot be returned because you change your mind.
In the event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, the Returns’ Policy of the artisan will apply. Please contact us with photos and details of the damage and we will work through a resolution with you and the artisan concerned.
