Newflands Hoki is sustainably fished off the coast of New Zealand and carries Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification. MSC certification is a way of showing that a fishery meets international best practice for sustainable fishing.
Ziplock closure freeze-dried products have extended shelf life and can also be frozen in airtight containers or in the packaging supplied.
